We offer a starting salary of $48,695–$82,191 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SW/psych/human services with experience working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient and professional.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support Children and Their Families: provide case management to help access care.
• Complete Assessments: meet children and families to assess needs and goals.
• Create and Guide Service Plans: coordinate care across disciplines.
• Monitor Progress: track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Respond to Urgent Needs: conduct screenings and support families calmly.
• Maintain Accurate Records: ensure documentation is organized and confidential.
