The Lakeland Mental Health Center Inc. is seeking a Children’s Case Management/CTSS Practitioner to provide mental health case management and therapeutic support to children and families in the community setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field and 2,000 or 4,000 hours of supervised mental health experience; a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
