Job summary

Montage International is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with the Children's Department and winter programming at our resort. You will help lead activities, ensure safety and organization, and create memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic winter environment.

This role emphasizes engaging children of various ages, coordinating with parents, and delivering exceptional guest service while supporting seasonal events and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, recreation programs, camps, childcare, education, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages.
• Team-oriented mindset.

What you will do

• Assist with the daily operations of the Children's Department and winter activity programming

• Lead and support engaging children's activities, games, crafts, and special events for resort guests

• Facilitate age-appropriate indoor and outdoor winter recreation experiences

• Ensure all children's activity areas are clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked

• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Children's Department

• Maintain supplies, equipment, and activity materials

• Provide exceptional guest service to children and their families while creating memorable experiences

• Assist with holiday programming, themed events, and special seasonal activities

• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow associates regarding activity schedules and guest needs

• Support the promotion and execution of children's programming throughout the resort

• Deliver on guests' expectations and create memorable "WOW" moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
