Montage International is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with the Children's Department and winter programming at our resort. You will help lead activities, ensure safety and organization, and create memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic winter environment.

This role emphasizes engaging children of various ages, coordinating with parents, and delivering exceptional guest service while supporting seasonal events and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, recreation programs, camps, childcare, education, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Children's Department and winter activity programming.
• Lead and support engaging children's activities, games, crafts, and special events for resort guests.
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor winter recreation experiences.
• Ensure children's activity areas are clean, organized, safe, and stocked.
• Deliver exceptional guest service to children and families while creating memorable experiences.
