Linn County is seeking a part-time Child Care Worker for the Linn County Child Development Center to support classrooms serving children ages 2–5. You will help ensure safety, direct supervision, and assist with daily routines in a welcoming public service environment.
Daily tasks include meal service, diapering, nap supervision, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. The role floats between classrooms to ensure proper staff ratios and reports to lead staff.

Provides flexible and responsive support to classrooms serving children ages 2–5 at the Linn County Child Development Center, ensuring consistent supervision, safety, and assistance during daily routines. Child Care Workers float between classrooms as needed to maintain adult-child ratios and follow guidance from lead classroom staff. Responsibilities include meal service, toileting assistance, behavior support, nap supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:30 p.m.
