Job summary

We are seeking caring, energetic, and dependable Child Care Workers to join our team in Arundel, Maine and support young children ages 3-5 with developmental and behavioral needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to build a career in early childhood education, special education, ABA, or behavioral health.

You’ll work alongside Special Education Teachers, Educational Technicians, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a collaborative, supportive environment where training and professional growth are encouraged.

Our team combines education and behavioral health services to provide individualized support in a structured, nurturing environment.
