Job summary

You may fill Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, open and close the school, and help translate licensing guidelines into engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA.
• Experience coaching and training staff members.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations.
• Fill Director or Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening/closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring teachers.
• Communicate with parents and prospective parents to support the child.
