Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead for a preschool classroom in Aurora, IL. You will guide daily instruction, manage the classroom, and ensure high standards of care while fostering a love of learning in young children.

You will collaborate with families, mentor new teachers, and be prepared to step into Director/Assistant Director duties when needed. This role emphasizes safety, developmentally appropriate practice, and compliance with licensing standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility with classroom leadership and lesson plan implementation.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA are preferred.
• Able to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences for preschoolers.
• Step in as Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the center.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
