Job summary

The Nest Family Center in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Childcare Teaching Assistant for full-time or part-time roles with a consistent 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule for full-time, and 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–5:00 PM for part-time shifts. Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• Ability to work under the direct supervision and observation of a staff person.
• Ability to work with children.
• Ability to follow the rules and procedures set forth by the state of New Hampshire.
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed and have fun with kids.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in a dynamic childcare setting.
• Prepare snacks and assist with diaper changes.
• Join in structured learning and play activities.
• Ensure classroom ratios are maintained and the space runs smoothly.
• Tidy the space, restock supplies, and prepare for the next day.
