New Horizon Academy in Rogers, MN is hiring a childcare teacher for Toddlers and PreK. The role offers a $19.95–$24.70 hourly wage (DOE) with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

We seek candidates with 16 credits or a CDA, a strong work ethic, and a love for teaching children. Previous childcare is preferred but not required, and we provide a benefits package including health insurance, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

We are seeking aCHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms:

• Toddlers
• PreK

All applicants MUST:

• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
