Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Fridley, MN is seeking a Toddler Teacher for our Toddler and Float classrooms. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20.55–$24.55 with a hiring bonus eligibility. Candidates should have 16 qualifying credits or a CDA to meet MN Rule 3 qualifications and be able to work a Monday–Friday schedule.

We value a positive work ethic, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.

We are seeking a TODDLER TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms:

• Toddler
• Float

Hourly wage range: $20.55 - $24.55

All applicants MUST:

• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
• Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoy working with children!

Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
