New Horizon Academy in Rogers, MN is seeking a dedicated Childcare Aide to join our team. This is a full-time role in the Rogers location, with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will assist in classrooms, support educators, and help create a loving, educational environment for young children.

Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required. We offer a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

WAGE RANGE: $15.75/hr - $16.80/hr
