Job summary

LLE Education Group in Manassas, VA is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join Learning Paths Academy Ashland and help inspire young learners every day.

You’ll plan engaging lessons, guide children through activities and meals, keep a safe, organized classroom, collaborate with teammates on curriculum, and share daily updates with families via our mobile app.

This role emphasizes dedication to early childhood education, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children and families.

Qualifications

• CDA, ECE certificate, or degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or current enrollment in an accredited program.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Compensation…

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
