Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise paid childcare workers for women’s ministry programs at the Cedar Falls Campus.
• Lead interview process for childcare provider applicants and facilitate new hire paperwork.
• Maintain timesheet records and payroll information; ensure confidentiality of personnel files.
• Oversee cleanliness and stocking of childcare rooms and toys before and after events.
