About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about making an impact through meaningful marketing support.

The Nest Schools is a growing early childhood education provider with more than 60 schools across 11 states. We’re committed to providing the highest quality programs for children, staff, and their families and our marketing team plays an important role in helping schools share that commitment with their communities.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in helping our schools bring their local marketing efforts to life. You’ll assist in providing resources, materials, and guidance to school teams, while also supporting day-to-day marketing operations, company-wide initiatives, internal communications, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly first stop for school teams who need marketing help—answering questions, sharing tools, and pointing them in the right direction
  • Track and manage incoming marketing requests, keeping timelines and deliverables organized and on schedule
  • Help update and maintain content on company and employee websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the coordination and execution of email campaigns
  • Assist in updating external listings and third-party websites to ensure schools are accurately represented
  • Provide basic training and support on marketing tools and software platforms used by school staff
  • Support communication for new school openings or transitions by coordinating messaging and materials
  • Conduct research to support local marketing efforts and assist in developing simple project plans
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Pitch in on team projects and marketing operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with multi-location organizations or in early childhood education is a plus
