Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Chandler to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. This role leads classroom management, implements curriculum, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines while upholding center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support children's social and academic growth, and contribute to a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
