Childcare Lead Teacher at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners

Join Laugh and Learn Kennesaw, a licensed childcare center, as a Lead Teacher supporting toddlers aged 1 year old. We are seeking qualified candidates who have a high school diploma or GED, CDA or higher, and can pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, based on education and experience

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans covering all areas of child development and communicate effectively with parents via our app.
• Build professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure children's safety and emotional well-being, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
• Maintain child assessments and conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences in November and May.
• Physically capable of working around children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Perform daily classroom responsibilities related to child care.
