The Goddard School Milton is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide a group of young learners in a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom. This full-time role collaborates with parents and staff to support each child's development and prepare them for future learning.

Qualifications

• A 4 year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (will consider current enrollment in pursuit of a degree).
• EEC Certification preferred (will work to get you certified).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm

• Advance physical and intellectual competencies by adapting program activities to meet needs of the children.
• Create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for preschoolers to learn and grow.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines set by the school and state regulations.

Role Summary:

The Lead Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School - Milton will have the exciting opportunity to lead a group of young learners and create a positive and engaging learning environment. This individual will be responsible for providing nurturing, safe and high-quality care to preschoolers, while also collaborating with parents and other team members to ensure children's developmental needs are met. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Milton, Massachusetts with a highly competitive salary and performance bonus.
