Qualifications

• Licensed childcare center/early childhood education experience required.
• Lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily classroom routines and activities.
• Create a warm, safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience curriculum.
• Support each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Encourage positive behavior through patience, consistency, and respectful communication.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding classroom updates and child development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom.

We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. • Prior lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Dependable, patient, nurturing, and professional
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Must meet all state licensing and background check requirements
