Job summary

The Learning Experience in Marietta, GA is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide daily classroom activities in a nurturing, safety‑mocused setting. You’ll implement our LEAP Curriculum, monitor child development, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or early childhood setting
• Lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Must meet state licensing and background check requirements
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Qualifications

• Prior lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Dependable, patient, nurturing, and professional
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Must meet all state licensing and background check requirements
