Job summary

Nest Schools in Colorado is seeking an energetic educator to deliver our proprietary curriculum in weekly classes across multiple classrooms. You will move between rooms with teachers, model best practices, and support staff, children, and families daily.

You will train teachers in effective teaching styles and transitions, participate on the management team, and assist leadership with administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of teaching/childcare experience required
• CDA Certificate or higher education degree required
• CPR certification preferred
• Must meet state Nest School requirements to work with children

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Nest Schools' curriculum in weekly classes across classrooms
• Move between classrooms and collaborate with classroom teachers
• Serve as a role model for children and staff
• Ensure quality in weekly classes and across programs
• Provide support to teachers, children, and families
• Train teachers in effective teaching styles, transitions, and communication
• Participate on the management team
• Assist school leadership with daily admin tasks including opening/closing, tours, phones, coverage, and purchasing curriculum supplies
