Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher in Colorado to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation according to licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, supporting their child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care, promote growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.
