The Nest School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Childcare Education Coordinator to deliver our proprietary health, arts, music, and life-skills curriculum across classrooms. You will work alongside teachers, model joyful and energetic participation, and support leadership with daily administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have teaching/childcare experience and a passion for spreading joy to staff and children.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching/childcare is required.
• Ability to model active, energetic instruction.
• Willingness to work across classroom settings.
• Strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proprietary curriculum in special classes.
• Move between classrooms supporting teachers and children.
• Assist leadership with opening/closing procedures and organizational tasks.
• Contribute to monthly curriculum purchases and preparation.
