Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Olathe, KS is seeking a Childcare Cook to join our team. The role runs full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with starting hourly wage at $16.85 per hour and increases based on experience.

You will work in a child-centered environment, support staff, and help provide nutritious meals while following allergy restrictions. If you are positive, team-focused, and eager to learn, we want you on our team at New Horizon Academy.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Meet state department guidelines for the position.
• Pass Background Study as required by state regulations.
• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical abilities to perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff; understand state licensing regulations.

Hourly Wage: Starting at $16.85/hr., with increases based on relevant experience.

We are seeking a Childcare Cook to join our Olathe team at New Horizon Academy!

• Be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:00am-4:00pm.
