Job summary

Cradle to Crayons Learning Center LLC is seeking a fun, energetic individual to assist in classrooms and support planning time, vacations, sick days, and breaks. The role requires flexibility to float between classrooms and collaborate as part of a team.

The candidate should be willing to obtain lead/assistant qualifications within six months, hold CPR certification (or commit to obtaining it), and complete required child-safety certifications and background checks before start date.

Qualifications

• Lead or assistant teacher qualified preferred; willing to become lead/assistant within 6 months.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• SIDS, Child Abuse and Neglect, Abusive Head Trauma certifications or willingness to certify before start date.
• Fingerprint and background check completed before hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathroom breaks, breaks, planning time, and filling in rooms as needed.
• Float between classrooms to support multiple age groups as required.
