Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director in Coppell, TX to oversee the safe, high-quality operation of our school in collaboration with the School Director. You will be responsible for maintaining a caring, educational environment and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

You will lead a team of staff, promote child development, and participate in ongoing training and program improvement while upholding our commitment to children, families, and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• Leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility
• High School diploma or equivalent, meeting state requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support program quality
