Purcellville Children's Academy seeks a driven Child Care Director to lead a passionate team in a center known for caring and professional growth. You will manage licensing, foster strong staff and family relationships, and host family tours with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications include a CDA or higher degree in a child-related field, childcare and director experience, CPR & First Aid, and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 a year based on experience and education

Education Requirements: CDA or Higher Degree in a child-related field

Experience Requirements: Childcare experience is a MUST, Director experience is a MUST, CPR & First Aid required

Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours will vary. MUST be flexible
