About us

Bent Tree Day School has been a trusted part of the North Dallas community since 1998. We care for children from infancy through school age with a Montessori-inspired, bilingual (English/Spanish) approach. We're a small, close-knit team under new ownership, and our own kids attend here too. We're looking for someone who'll care for every child the way we'd want ours cared for.

The role

You’ll be the steady presence that carries our school through the afternoon. You’ll help with nap wake-up and cover classrooms during breaks, then lead our after-school program and close the school safely each evening. Your shift ends at 6:45 every day, and you’ll get to know our families by name.
