Formación

• Hands-on experience with Georgia’s Quality Rated program.
• Experience in childcare teaching and leadership.
• Ability to train teachers and model effective practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director with daily center operations.
• Coordinate Quality Rated preparation, documentation, classroom improvements, and ongoing requirements.
• Work in classrooms as needed, actively teaching and caring for children.
• Train and mentor teachers, provide constructive feedback, and follow up on progress.
• Maintain accurate student and staff records.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.
