Inspire Early Education in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to help manage daily center operations and support the Center Director in delivering high-quality early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in early childhood education, hold EEC Director qualifications, have at least one year of supervisory experience, and bring strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a warm, inclusive learning environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is required.
• EEC Director Qualified Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Director in day-to-day center operations.
• Ensure supportive, safe, and healthy classroom environments.
• Support teachers in implementing emergent curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Engage with families to communicate child progress and needs.
• Collaborate with professionals to support children with special needs as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
