Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations of a licensed childcare center in partnership with the School Director. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and guiding staff to deliver quality early childhood education.

In addition to administrative oversight, you will support staff development, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with families to promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children
