Job summary

Child Development Schools, Inc. is hiring a childcare bus driver to ensure safe transport for children to and from our facilities. The role may also include teaching responsibilities to create a nurturing environment where learning thrives.

You will plan engaging activities and build strong partnerships with parents through open communication, supporting families and children across our centers.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old and hold a CDL with the required credentials for a Bus Driver.
• Ability to pass a background check and a high school diploma or GED.
• Child passenger safety training and a valid driver's license are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy for children's needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from our facilities.
• Occasionally serve as a teacher, creating nurturing learning environments.
• Plan engaging activities and monitor child development during trips.
• Maintain open communication with parents to strengthen partnerships.
