TriHealth is seeking a dedicated Childcare Attendant for the Findlay Community Center in Cincinnati. You will supervise children, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure a safe, engaging environment while families visit the center.
Responsibilities include managing check-in/out, guiding crafts and story time, and supporting daily operations. Prior childcare or related experience is preferred; BLS may be required upon hire. Various shifts available including part-time and PRN.

This position is responsible for the supervision of children of various ages and needs while they are in the Kids' Life Center, which includes playing games in the activity room and junior gym, reading stories, leading arts and crafts activities, monitoring the viewing of appropriate TV programs and videos, and assisting children with bathroom activities. This position is expected to maintain a clean, safe environment for children and provide appropriate member service and interaction. This position is also expected to follow through with KLC daily operations, policies and procedures including registering all children as they enter/exit the KLC, monitoring the health of the children and adjusting activities accordingly, following proper opening/closing procedures, following emergency procedures including basic first aid and incident reports, and assisting with equipment/supply inventory and purchase recommendations.
