We are a forward-thinking, Reggio-inspired early learning center. We are seeking inspired and enthusiastic individuals to join our talented, dynamic staff as infant/toddler specialists.

Alphabet Academy / The Nest are family-centered and forward-thinking early learning centers with a Reggio Emilia-based approach to childhood learning, activity, and play. Our teachers work together to proudly nurture curious and joyful children, provide kind and gentle attention, and foster engaging and creative classrooms. Candidates must be passionate about infants and toddlers and committed to working in the field of early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be eager to support colleagues as they build trusting relationships that encourage each child's growth, development, and healthy attachments.

Qualifications
  • Intentional teaching practices that are grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach
  • A gentle, warm, creative demeanor
  • A working knowledge of the RIE approach to infant/toddler care
  • An associate/bachelors or master's degree in early childhood education/development or related field (varies depending on position.)
  • Enthusiasm for being outdoors in all types of weather

We are seeking individuals with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, because at the heart of a child's success is a well-rounded, trusting relationship. Enthusiasm about nature-based learning, including farm-to-table gardening, is a plus.
