The role involves engaging children with age-appropriate activities, supervising the group, and assisting with family events while maintaining safety and high-quality care. This position includes a free Community Center membership upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have 1+ year child care experience.
• Ability to lead group activities in age-appropriate settings.
• Ability to collaborate to solve problems and maintain positive relations with patrons and staff.
• Ability to use age-appropriate behavior management techniques.
