ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time P/T Childcare Worker Aide/Floater assigned to classrooms and the Childcare Center to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Child Development Certificate (CDA) or enrollment into CDA course is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a caring, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
• Assist Group Supervisor/Lead Teacher in activities and classroom routines.
• Support daily operations of a licensed childcare facility.
• Supervise children and help implement activities throughout the day.
• Communicate with families about children's progress and needs.
• Help maintain compliance with state regulations.
