Celebree School invites you to join as a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher in an entry-level role. You will support lead teachers, help uphold high standards of care and education, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture where your ideas are valued.

This role operates Monday–Friday with various shifts, no nights or weekends, and offers benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities as Celebree grows people BIG.

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
