Celebree School is seeking an enthusiastic Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher to join our team in Montgomeryville. In this entry-level role, you will support lead teachers, help maintain safe, age-appropriate learning environments, and contribute to daily routines that promote growth and well-being for every child.

You'll work Monday through Friday afternoons (3:00pm–6:00pm) in a collaborative setting, with opportunities for professional development and progression within Celebree’s

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
