This position functions to meet the educational needs of expectant and new families and their support networks. In meeting these needs, this role assists families in the process of transitioning from the role of expectant parents to the role of parents responsible for the care of their newborns. Education is delivered through a structured process that includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Wage range: $41.81 - $64.91 per hour. These amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
