Providence Health & Services is seeking a childbirth educator to support expectant and new families, guiding them through the transition from pregnancy to parenting. The role delivers structured childbirth education using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation processes.
The educator will assist families, deliver classes, and measure educational outcomes to improve readiness and confidence for newborn care.
This position functions to meet the educational needs of expectant and new families and their support networks. In meeting these needs, this position assists families in the process of transitioning from the role of expectant parents to the role of parents responsible for care of their newborns. The role provides education by utilizing a process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

$41.81 - $64.91 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
