- Experience in developmentally appropriate programming for children and youth.
- Knowledge of laws governing detection and prevention of child abuse.
- Ability to train staff on illness recognition and child abuse.
- Ability to develop curriculum outlines and lesson plans.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of CY-02 level experience or equivalent.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to CY Program Assistants.
- Develop curriculum outlines and lesson plans.
- Coordinate with supervisor on scope of assignments and complex problems.
- Ensure safety and compliance in CY programs.
