YO AI Labs seeks a remote Contractor: Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist to contribute to a project that enhances AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care for vulnerable youths.

You will review AI-generated mental health guidance, analyze case-based scenarios, and help develop content reflecting best clinical practices, ethics, privacy, and safety. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams is expected, with strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work with completed credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience working with children or youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to contribute to a customer project focused on improving AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health support for vulnerable youth.

You'll apply your clinical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content related to abuse, trauma, and youth mental health. No prior AI experience is required.
