Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist to review and improve AI-driven guidance related to trauma-informed care for vulnerable youth. This contractor role leverages your clinical expertise to evaluate AI content without requiring AI experience.

You will analyze case-based scenarios, identify gaps in clinical accuracy and safety, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure high ethical standards and privacy protection in output.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work with completed credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience with children or youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethics, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to contribute to a customer project focused on improving AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health support for vulnerable youth.
