Job summary

Requires a Bachelor's in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science, or a related degree with experience; a Master’s may substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in any other field with 1 year related field experience is acceptable.
• Master's Degree or higher may substitute for required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statewide investigations of child abuse and neglect in various settings.
• Maintain accurate case documentation to support decision-making and legal requirements.
• Engage in case staffing with licensing agencies and service providers.
• Coordinate with the Office of General Counsel for appeal hearings and court actions.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating schedule.
