Job summary

The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking a part-time child watch attendant to provide engaging programming, safe supervision, and positive role-modeling for children in our child watch facility.

Responsibilities include interacting with children and their parents/guardians, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Applicants should be at least 16 years old; prior child care experience is preferred.

Job description

The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, positive role models to provide engaging programming, safe supervision and guidance for children in our child watch facility! Pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour.

DUTIES of a Child Watch Attendant

Responsibilities of a child watch attendant include interacting with children and their parents/guardians to build relationships, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Child Watch Attendant

Child watch attendants must be at least 16 years old. It is also preferable that the candidate would have previous child care experience.
