The Salvation Army’s Grand Rapids Kroc Center is seeking a Child Watch Attendant to oversee the safety and engagement of children in our Child Watch areas. The role emphasizes supervision, activity planning, and maintaining a clean, safe play space for all attendees.

Responsibilities include following check-in/out procedures, delivering quality member service, and adhering to Safe From Harm guidelines to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for families using the center.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with children and infants is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise and engage children in Child Watch areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area and equipment.
• Follow Safe From Harm guidelines and report violations as required.
• Provide friendly, helpful information to members about programs and activities.
