The Powhatan YMCA is seeking a friendly Child Watch Attendant to supervise kids in our child watch facility and support parents with a safe, engaging environment.

Pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; prior child care experience is a plus and helpful for building trusted relationships with families.

DUTIES of a Child Watch Attendant

Responsibilities of a child watch attendant include interacting with children and their parents/guardians to build relationships, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Child Watch Attendant

We are looking for child watch attendants who are at least 16 years old. It is also preferable that the candidate would have previous child care experience.
