Job summary

The Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking part-time, positive role models to provide engaging programming, safe supervision and guidance for children in our child watch facility. We are looking for someone who can work morning shifts from 8:15-11:00am.

The pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour. The YMCA of Greater Richmond emphasizes caring, honesty, respect and responsibility and welcomes applicants 16 years of age or older, with prior child care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Previous child care experience preferred.
• Morning availability required (8:15-11:00am).

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, safe environment.

DUTIES of a Child Watch Associate

Responsibilities of a child watch attendant include interacting with children and their parents or guardians to build relationships, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Child Watch Associate

We are looking for child watch attendant who are at least 16 years old. It is also preferable that the candidate would have previous child care experience.
