Job summary

Alamance County Government in North Carolina seeks a dedicated Family Justice Center coordinator to deliver direct services to child victims ages 0-18 and to coordinate Camp HOPE programming. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related human services field with two years of professional mental health experience and licensure in related discipline; OR Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, or Licensed Psychological Associate.
• Proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with client databases.
• Active NC driver’s license or equivalent credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with child trauma partners to coordinate comprehensive care for child victims and families.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure accessibility and responsiveness of services.
• Facilitate child-centered programming.
• Conduct ongoing case management with families in FJC child programming.
• Perform navigation with clients including lethality and risk assessments, safety planning, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized navigation plans and provide appropriate referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Lead outreach to professionals, families, and caregivers county-wide.
• Assist in training and oversight of volunteers and interns.
• Participate in evaluating program effectiveness and adherence to policies.
