Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Driver to safely transport staff and children to and from school and field trips. You will ensure child safety, comply with regulations, and support center operations. You will communicate with the Center Director and participate in meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with <=3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive center vehicles.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible hours and assignments.
• Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• At least two years of experience transporting children preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; may work in classrooms or kitchen.
• Read, write, and understand English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children during transport.
• Comply with KinderCare and governmental regulations regarding care of children.
• Keep the Center Director informed of information regarding child care and safety.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings.
